1.Machine tool performance
Main function parts of the machine, such as high–speed precision main spindle, ball screw, sliding guide, bearing, tool withdrawal chamber, belt pulley, belts and oil paint are all from Taiwan or imported. All these are assembled and inspected according to international or national related standards, therefore,Accuracy compensation is carried out by England Renishaw XL-80 Laser system,QC10 ball arm system. The body of the machine and main casting parts are designed with resin cast after heat treatment to eliminate the strength.
