BTC2085n CNC Machine For Steel pipe (Sucker Rod,Tubing,Drill pipe) is capable enough for processing the Petroleum steel pipe thread.

As professional Sucker Rod,Tubing,Drill pipe machine, the BTC2085n is perfectly suitable for Petroleum industry and Engeneering industry that needs long and slender components; high precision and multitudinous processed.

It met all the API standards of Steel pipe processing, that is, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, 1/2, 1 1 1/2 , 1 1/8, 2.

Recently, the dedicated thread pipe machine can be remoulded by nomal machine, but when the main axis’ running speed limited at 600rpm, now there is none of domestic manufacturers can meet the new standards of API that required machined surface calendered by us.

We have used the dedicated double chuck workmanship to process the steel pipe, so that the main axis’s running speed rised to 1000rpm. It has perfectly met the new standards of API.

Characteristic:

1. Both front and back are equiped long routed centering pneumatic chuck.

2. Rolling end face, R3.2 circular arc, unload groove.

3. Rolling friction thread; Rolling friction thread sucker rod with mist lubrication has improved the surface quality and roughness. Range of the roughness rised more than Ra 1.6.
